Winter is on, and no doubt you are on shoes with almost time! You are perpetually on the move, what if your feet sweat in shoes and smell unpleasant? It happens in this situation with some sandals and alternative shoes that are partially open to the feet, never the less they sweat and smell unpleasant.
The first defense against unpleasant smell is hygiene of the feet. If, despite smart laundry with antibacterial drug soap and water, your feet still have unpleasant smell, prepare one amongst these straight forward baths:
1.Bath with water mixed of juice and bicarbonate of soda
Foot odor may be neutral if you place fifty grams of bicarbonate of soda and juice of 1 lemon in 2 liters of hot water and soak your feet in it. Keep your feet within the bathtub for quarter-hour. Repeat the procedure daily.
2.Bath with apple cider vinegar
Put one half a cup of apple cider vinegar in 2 l of hot water. Soak your feet within the bathtub for quarter-hour a minimum of once each day.
3.Bath with sage and rosemary
Your feet can smell pleasant and nice and you may forget the unpleasant odor if you soak the feet within the following bathtub. Add a tablespoon of dried rosemary and one to 2 tablespoons of dried sage in cooked water (about two liters). once the ingredients area unit soaked in, and also the water can virtually cool, place your feet within the bathtub and luxuriate in for regarding quarter-hour
