Very disappointed team with you Looks Unisex Salon, MGF Metropolitan Gurgaon . I have been a regular visitor here since the past three years and always come to the same salon and hairdresser for all my hair services. Today I booked a slot at 12:15 for root touchup and asked for my regular hairdresser. I also told them that I have a class at 1:30 so they better finish it before that. But when I reached the place I saw they had assigned my hair dresser for global a hair coloring to another client who had not even booked a slot and was consuming my time. When I refused to wait, they asked me to get a hair wash but my hair were already washed and I bluntly asked them to stop wasting time and start my service. then they were like ok we will get your color mixed by the other helping boys. tELL me one thing if I have asked my service to be done by a particular person at a particular time and even booked a slot for the same, do I still deserve all this. The staff was totally unapologetic about all this since obviously a global color would fetch them more than a root touch up. I stay very far from this parlor but still had been a regular here but since you guys cannot keep your client commitments, I dont think it really makes sense to be loyal to this particular brand which gives zero consideration to their client's timing. Shame on you guys !! I had heard very bad feedbacks about the same parlor at numerous parlors I visited earlier but I always insisted that no it is indeed the best for me. I had even sent a lot of my friend there but today's incident has actually made me change my mind. Seems it is high time I should move to the better brands in the market who do know the value of time of their loyal customers!!
