o I really need to give a star !! Scissors salon is not even worth zero stars. My fiancee has been a regular customer in the salon for his haircut and shave. He suggested me to get waxing done here as it was an urgent requirement. IA young girl aged only 19 was there to service me and forced me to go for rica wax for which I paid bloody 1000rs. Still I went a head thinking it may be a good deal. As she started waxing I started getting bruises all over my hands and legs.. my hands and legs had blood clot all over .. and the ski. was full of rashes. She said mam ots just because u are getting rica done for the first time..I didn't really bother her that tine..as and when I reached home and two days letter my hands and legs had black patches with itchy and dry skin.. I went ahead and showed this to the staff ..there was another senior girl who said it's indeed her colleagues fault and she didn't do the waxing properly. Being in so mu h pain and paying so much I didn't deserve that kind of a service so I asked for a refund. Upon which the owner of the salon Mr Ashok said mam if the refund makes your wound heal then I will give it to you.. I mean what kind of rude and pathetic behaviour fro. The owner himself.. for someone who has been referred by there regular customer . They had no professionalism. And on top of everything they showed attitude for no reason. I seriously DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to go there for any kind of service. The staff is really unprofessional rude and have no skills at all. They charge double the rates with the most downgrade service. There r much better places to go. !!!!
