10 Horrible Reasons Not to Exercise

Well, making an excuse is something we have been doing since we were toddlers. Excuses for exercising come up effortlessly. However, the busy schedules do not allow us to keep up with the fitness routines, mostly it is our own laziness that doesn’t let us work out and keeps fitness at the bottom of the bucket list.

They might not have been new to you as you yourself would have been making them. Let us see some of the most funny, amazing and sometimes horrible excuses people give to avoid workout.

I don’t want to get too much plump: Some females have a notion that getting a high calorie, heavy diet along with exercises would make that big, develop biceps and triceps which is not desirable. However, taking a specific diet and working out makes men and women tone down to their genetic body shapes.

I don’t have time: yes, indeed you might not have time, but while doing other household chores you can exercise a little, like while watching television you can lift a few weights or do simple yoga asanas.

I already walk a lot in the day: Yes, you might have been moving a lot in the day but a 20 minute dedicated workout gives you would cannot be achieved by walking all day either.

It is expensive, I can’t afford it: Going to a gym might not fell into your budget but buying a fitness disc and following exercises given wouldn’t cost you a lot. The well known WWW aka World Wide Web will serve you all absolutely free, just get yourself an internet connection.

I fear it: you might be one of those introverts who love their own company going to a gym might be big task. But exercising at home is not that difficult. Get a cycle, treadmill, watch television and exercise.

I don’t get results: ‘Hard work always pays’ it is a well proven saying. You might not be getting results because you are lazy and not putting enough effort that is required.

It makes me eat a lot: Of course exercise burn a lot of calories, hence you will feel a need to eat a lot. But that’s okay what is wrong with eating. Obviously you won’t get fat. And it is quite a lame excuse to make.

I can’t find the motivation: Motivation comes from within. When you want something with all your might you get it. Just stay focussed towards it. Fickle mindedness would not fetch you anything.

I am tired: The evergreen one. This is one is quite old but still common. Well, exercise gives you energy. If you don’t want to feel exhausted you can try some easy exercises.

I sweat a lot: Yes, that’s okay but you take a bath later and feel fresh.
