When it comes to losing weight, most of us start searching the best way to do it. Some asks to opt for gym; some says yoga, regular jogging and running, while some will say Aerobic. It is true that any physical work can help in the reduction of weight but it can also lead to the damage. Aerobics is preferred by most of the females only because it is easier to handle and it is convenient to do anywhere and wherever possible.

It is often said that gyming requires intense workout whereas aerobics is often not intense. Thus, going to gym and lifting weights builds muscles and almost leads to 40% of fat loss. On the other hand Aerobics can make one fit in health because it improves the cardio system of the body. The heartbeats as well are in control as compared to doing lifts which can also further lead to breathing problems. It is proved that aerobics is good for lung and heart. But if you have time for fitness than you can definitely opt for gym because it will help inn reshape your body, increases the bone density and at the same time making you stronger.

It is also proven that people who did aerobic exercises (like swimming, running, dancing etc) retained much weight than resistance training exercises as proven by Duke University Researchers. For people who wanted to just burn fat and remain in their present numbers preferred doing aerobics but people who were unhappy with their physique chose for doing gym and thus turn their body in whatever way they wish like. Doing weight lifting can build your muscles which most of the women does not prefer. For women losing their belly and cheek fat is more important. Thus, the best option for women automatically becomes aerobics. Gyming is sometimes painful, however aerobics makes you smile because a fun-filled exercises makes you happy and also helps in refreshing you. Since dance is the way to express your emotion and bring out the inner joys out, it automatically keeps you fit, fine and beautiful at the same time.
