Normal sleeplessness or insufficient sleep makes one insomniac. Insomnia is marked by sleeping disorder where one finds difficulty to lay down his body at the resting position. During the day time when one is widely awake, physical and mental activities makes body tiresome and thus our eyes automatically close and keeps itself in the resting mode. This resting mode is essential because it heals and repairs heart and the blood vessel that has been working continuously throughout the day.

It usually affects people who are ageing towards 60 or are emotionally stressed or the people who work in late night or especially teenagers who use screens in excessive hours. It not just has health benefits but also have psychological and beauty benefits.  Adequate sleep is a key to healthy lifestyle, positive attitude, encouraging behavior and vanishing dark circles from your life. Less hours of sleep makes one prone to irritation, headache, and nausea and at the same time lethargic. It also leads to decline in motivational skills and confidence in oneself.

Preventing sleeplessness is quite easy. You just have to keep yourself from the tea or coffee at least one hour before your bedtime.
