Food For Better Hair !

 

For whenever we walk past a mirror, we just cannot miss to take a look at our image unless you have been blessed with some magic to look just the best all the time. And while most of the times, women touch up their makeup, men are interested all in hair.

It is not all that you apply to your head is giving the required shine and volume to your hair. A lot of work is carried out by the diet we take. Unless you are sufficient with all the nutrients in your body you would not be able to grow healthy in every realm related to your health.

 

 

Protein, Yes THE PROTEIN. Hair are made up of proteins majorly. Their value for the hair health is irreplaceable. So, if someday you doubt your hair health, take a look at the protein intake in your diet. Non- vegetarian foods contain most protein, it would be best to make them a part of your diet. Such as chicken, fish, turkey, eggs etc.

 

Iron required. Getting too little iron is not a healthy decision. Lack of iron in the body is the reason for hair loss, so pay attention. Iron can be attained from beef, livers. Shell fish and red chicken are other sources. For vegetarians, stuff your routine with green leafy vegetables.

 

Less saturated fats. Hair loss is much a notable problem these days. Shampoos, conditioners, oils and serums cannot do any magic from the top if there is not much strength to hold the strands to the scalp. Foods like beef and pork are less saturated fats.

 

Sweet the potato. Sweet potato, a much delighted food which can be taken any time of the day in any meal. It gives a shine to the hair by encouraging the glands in the scalp to secrete oils. The anti-oxidants it contains protects dry and dull hair.

 

The spice. You thought it was only the food that was being talked about (Yes, the title says so). Well, we have the spices as well. Cinnamon is very good for blood circulation. The better the circulation, the more nutrients will reach the scalp, the better the hair growth. Sprinkle a little on your meals, it has a magnificent taste too.

 

Some dry stuff. Dry fruits are also unsaturated fats, the high biotin content helps in faster hair growth and luster. Walnuts, almonds are a boon to hair growth.

 

Vitamin C rich foods such as cucumber, lemon, berries, oranges, guava work as anti oxidants working to repair tissues. Include them too.

 

There are other foods such as Greek yogurt, salmon, spinach, pulses, sunflower seeds are some other names with the same functions as above. Eat well, live well.
