You aren’t fat, you eat as much as your stomach can take in, you are not much of a running person, sit all day on the couch but yet, YET you are too much of just bones without flesh, implies you are skinny.

Where most of the beings are beating the bush day in and day out with a hope to see a few pounds lesser on the weighing machine during your next weight test. It is ironic to see a few praying on the weighing machine to measure them a few pounds higher.

You want to fit in your favourite pair of jeans and get the curvaceous look, make a few eyes rolling with your footsteps. Try a few tips mentioned below to turn FIT from SKINNY.

EAT EAT EAT. This is the mantra. Increase your calorie intake, but do not shoot it up. If you have been eating like one chpati in one meal then step up to one and a half of 2 3 days then two and then more. Increasing 500 calories everyday would make ends meet.

Eat More BUT Eat Healthy. There is a difference between getting fit and getting obese. Once decide what do you want and then choose the diet. Well, you are audible to me. If you switch to junk foods then you will certainly get fat afterwards but other things will be affected like your energy level, agility, endurance etc. Choose a healthy diet plan rather get one from a dietician.

Eat protein. Eat fish, pulses, eggs, meat, milk. Protein supplements will also do but only one ones prescribed by your dietician.

Banana. Try banana milk shake for a some days as your breakfast. You will certainly see the results. Other high calorie milk shakes like mango shake will also do. If you can’t take milk shake every morning then eat banana with milk.

Starch. Veggies like Potatoes, Pumpkin, Sweet potatoes contain starch, they increase the fat content.

Say no to alcohol. Although they make you fat but their nutritional value is zero not forgetting the bad effects.

Drink but shakes. More fluid makes you gain weight, so drink more, but drink shakes. Avoid aerated drinks.

Some workout. Exercising will help you convert your calories to muscles else you might get flabby. Remember you want to be fit not flabby.

Sweets. Yes you love nutela. It is your best friend. Eat sweets, they are rich in calories.
