HOME REMEDY FOR HAIR LOSS

Starting from the ancient cinema to till now, one of the most attractive things about our stars are their hair styles and obviously this is the attracting factor in normal day to day life also. The letter “H” stands for 'Humans' and same for 'Hair' too, and both for each other. More you take care to your hairs, more they will to your look. No doubt, there is no substitute of attraction due to a thick head of hair that glimmers with natural health. But what if you start facing hair loss? Losing strands in two digits are considered to be normal, but what if it's rate is more than that? That's the alarming stage for you to  take some action before it leads to baldness or bald spots.

There can be several factors behind hair loss such as environmental effects, aging, too much stress, excessive smoking, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, genetic factors, scalp infections, use of wrong or chemically enriched hair products, different hair styles, pregnancy, certain medicines and medical conditions like autoimmune diseases, thyroid disorder, iron-deficiency anemia, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS),  and chronic illnesses.

Fortunately, remedies are there. You may contact a good hair specialist and may try some suggested market product and apply the same to get rid of problem of hair loss. But when things come to home remedies, you are sure to have best response without any side effect. Some of remedies to get rid for this problems are here, use any of your choice atleast few times a week until you get encouraging results.

  • Coconut Milk:- Coconut milk is rich in protein and essential fats that prevent hair loss and promote their growth. Make fresh coconut milk by adding a freshly grated coconut to a pan of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then strain it. Once cool, apply the milk thoroughly onto the scalp and into your hair. Leave it on for about 20 minutes and then shampoo your hair.
  • Aloe Vera:- Now a days, its being widely used as an ingredient in market products too due to its beneficial properties. Take an Aloe Vera leaf, collect the pulp and apply it to the scalp and hairs. Leave it on for 45 minutes to an hour and wash off the hair with plenty of normal water.
  • Oil massage:- Lack of nutrition might be another cause to hair loss. Use any oil that is rich in Vitamin E i.e. Coconut oil, almond oil, mustard oil, olive oil and jojoba oil, options at your hand. It is best if you can leave the oil on your hairs overnight and then wash off in the morning, otherwise shampoo the hair after 1 hour.
  • Onion:-Peel and chop onion into small pieces. Squeeze the juice out with help of a blender, grater or a juicer. Massage the juice into your scalp or cover the bald patches. Leave on for at least 15 minutes or longer if you can tolerate the smell and then wash out using a mild shampoo.
  • Indian gooseberry:- Also known as “amla”. Its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and the exfoliating properties helps in healthy scalp. Mix one tablespoon each of Indian gooseberry pulp and lemon juice. Massage your scalp with the mixture thoroughly. Cover your hair with a shower cap. Leave it on overnight and shampoo your hair in the morning.
  • Hibiscus:- One of the best home remedy for hair loss. Heat 12-15 hibiscus flowers in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Strain the solution and collect the oil. Apply this concoction to the scalp and hairs, leave overnight and wash in the morning. Fine paste of hibiscus leaves can also be used to cover scalp and hairs. Leave it on for about half an hour. Rinse off with plenty of water. Hibiscus leaves and flower paste also act as good hair conditioner.
  • Beetroot:- Beetroot juice contains essential nutrients for healthy hair i.e. carbohydrates, protein, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins B and C. Have fresh beetroot juice in diet. And, grind a few beetroot leaves (boiled in water) along with henna and apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing it out. Repeat several times a week.
  • Potato juice:- Potato is rich in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, copper, phosphorus and manganese which is helpful for healthy hair. Crush some cleaned potato, squeeze out the juice and apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave it for half an hours or more but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water.
