Until you were a child or a teenager it was great, eat as much as you want and still stay healthy and fit. But youth does not take up everything in the same fashion, gulping even a cherry induces some more fat which is mostly visible on the belly and we hate it. Let me explain, protein when eaten in one meal, makes you feel full by killing your appetite. If you will not feel the hunger, you will not eat more. Make it a religion to take protein rich diet daily in breakfast or lunch. A few protein rich foods are yogurt, cheese, eggs, milk, beef, pork, chicken breast, turkey breast, tuna etc. Protein supplements are not recommended unless prescribed by a certified doctor or a dietitian.

 

Unsaturated fats. Foods like nuts, almonds, cashews are unsaturated in nature, which do not produce as much fat as other stuff does. The deal is better where you receive more strength for less obesity.

 

Low carb diets. It is a proven fact that reducing carb intake shows better results in cutting the belly fat as compared to a low fat diet. But reducing the carb intake to an abnormally low level induces new diseases. Hence reduce it step by step starting by a few grams a day.

 

Cut the sugar. You cannot imagine how avoiding sugar will reduce the work. Sadly, the metabolism of our body turns all the sugar into fats, which goes to belly and the liver. Liquid sugar is a darker demon, all the sugar sweetened beverages add on to the obesity further. Research says the amount of calorie content is much more in a sugary drink than in an equal amount of solid sugars. Ban the sugars completely from your diet, I bet you will see changes sooner than ever. This does not include fruits which are naturally sweet.

 

Fibers, keep them. Eating more fibers gives you more energy and strength. The overall agility of the body is increased, for you hardly feel lethargic. Legumes, oats are generally recommended on your workout stations, because they help in burning fat.

 

Vinegar. Taking two tablespoons of acetic acid for a month cuts the fats on the belly faster than ever. Theoretically, the acid produces proteins which digest the fats easily.

 

Keep moving. There nothing better than exercising. It not only reduces the fat but also gives an incomparable strength, agility and flexibility to your body to finish up the daily tasks at ease.
