Look right in night

What is the first thing before you go to bed at night, obviously excluding brushing your teeth? Taking quick questionnaire and asking women, we got to know that most of them clean their everyday makeup before going to bed. That’s good that they do this since makeup grinds into your skin all night, causing breakouts and even stretching out the pores, which makes your skin look older. What are the other things than this you need to do are explained below:-

  1.
    1. The skin around your eyes is thinner than elsewhere on your body, and it becomes even thinner as you age. That can lead to under-eye circles and hollowing.  Thus, you'll need a light eye cream on top of that to keep the skin hydrated.
    2. Some experts recommend anti-wrinkle pillows, but before you go to the expense, Ginn recommends starting out the night on the side you don't usuallysleepon. Even if you end up flipping over in your sleep, which you probably will, you'll spend less time with one side of your face smooshed into the pillow. Or you could try sleeping on your back
    3. Showering is ideal for hygiene purposes as well as a good way to keep yourself hydrated before heading to bed. If you can, then bathe with cold water as this increases blood circulation and removes toxins from your body.
    4. Your feet have been through a lot throughout the day. To help relax them, moisturize your toes and heels with some foot cream or body lotion and massage well. This will help soothe dry skin and eases irritation. You could also try wearing a pair of comfortable socks and sleeping with them on,

  1. Not only moisturize you’re your feet but your whole body before going to bed because that will soften you skin and helps your skin to glow naturally in the morning. However if your skin type is oily then avoid moisturizing, and puff the T-point (i.e., your head and nose) with the powder in order to wake up oil-free.
