A good sleep is the requirement of everybody, it is not only essential for human beings but animals as well. Doctors say that 8 hours sleep is must to relax your body and mind. If we are deprived of a good sleep then our body becomes weak. We lose our concentration and even our ability to memorize.

It has become a fashion to chat with friends at night and thus, we waste our sleeping time in our mobile phones. This is of course not good for long term practice.

Negative effects of Sleep Deprivation

It has been observed that our cells are repaired and rebuild at night so if we do not sleep well then our body does not perform functions so well. Sleep deprivation is just alarming. People suffering from insomnia generally feels low and have poor health.

If you don’t sleep for at least 8 hours then you will feel headache and fatigue  most of the time and will surely not perform well at your workplace.

 

Good sleep for Younger Skin…

As I said earlier that our cells are repaired when we are asleep so the dead skin cells are rebuilt and makes your skin looks younger. It’s always a good habit to clean, tone and moisturize your skin before going to bed so that natural creams can showcase their best effects.
