Are you skipping your meals in order to look slim? Is your gym instructor asking you to spend more time in doing exercises and lesser time to eat? Seriously, if the answer of the above questions is “yes” then you need to change your gym instructor because no dietician will recommend you to skip meals in order to look slim. Skipping meals is the worst thing you are doing in your routine. Because when you skip your one meal then your next meal will comprise of double components that will make your stomach appear flabbier. It is true that skipping meals leads to lose weight proportionately faster but its later impacts are dangerous to predict.

Instead of skipping you can divide or plan the way you intake your food. It is good to have a heavy breakfast and then continue to reduce the consumption in each meal. Most of us have a serious doubt on having brunch and evening meal. The idea is to eat in every two hours to inbuilt the nutrients in the body that will also increase in the flow of blood. Blood is just similar to the petrol, where both of them have one function to keep the machine working, whether it’s car or human body. The discussion further goes on as to what to eat during these two meals. Obviously anything but in lesser amount like low-fat snack. Eating lesser can also make you annoying and irritating.

It has been proven that skipping breakfast regularly had increased 20% of developing type2 diabetes in women. Missing meals also leads one to be insomniac. This will lead one to crave for food all night and thus even worse for your health.  This can also make you prone to eat junk food or over-eating. The longer you put off refueling, the greater your risk of headaches, fatigue, extreme hunger, and even infection. On the flip side, eating a meal or snack with protein and carbs within 2 hours of exercise replenishes your body's energy stores and provides the raw material to build new muscle. Thus this could be one reason to eat within every two hour.

So start your day with eating and end up eating. But do not forget to exercise in the middle of it which  s equally important.
