It was today afternoon when I visited this saloon - my first ever visit to this particular saloon. Since I did not have an appointment, I decided to go for a head massage instead of a pedicure. I had gone with my wife, and we both wanted to settle with a head massage. I was told that while one masseur was available, another one will join after 5 minutes. With this promise, I started with my head massage. After 5 minutes, the second masseur arrived, and that's when the entire ordeal started... My masseur informed this second masseur to give a head massage to my wife. To my surprise, this second masseur made a dejected face and refused to do so. He showed a little attitude and said that he won't. I was in the middle of my massage and got hassled and irritated. I called this second masseur and told him sternly to give a head massage to my wife. Post that he agreed to do so. My wife came and took a seat next to my seat....and seeing this the masseur said that he would give a head massage in the basement and not here. My wife said that she wanted to sit here and that why should he be objecting to it. When this guy did not agree, my wife went back to the waiting lounge saying that she did not want any head massage. After a minute the masseur came back and said that he was ready to give the head massage on the ground floor itself (seat next to mine, which was still lying vacant). But by then my wife was already very irritated and she refused to take any service. All this while, I was watching all this activity and this was highly disturbing. We go to a good saloon for a relaxing service instead of getting stressed out due to non-courteous staff. Therefore I decided to discontinue with my massage and leave the saloon. My head massage was not even half way through, but still I paid the full amount. No one even had the courtesy to offer a discount as my job was not even properly started. I paid and even narrated the entire story to the lady manager who looked helpless and had no solution....not even the courtesy to offer a discount on a service which was not even taken but still I was paying for. After reaching home, I found out the contact number of the saloon and called them up. The male receptionist recognized me when I gave reference of the ordeal. I told the receptionist that I would be posting a feedback on the net but before doing so I wanted to speak to the lady manager. On my request he called the lady manager....who I wanted to speak to give her my feedback. I heard the receptionist informing the lady that "he is going to post on the net". I was surprised to over hear the lady's response....she said " to karne do na" (let him do). It seems that the lady was not wanting to speak to me and she was last bothered if I was going to post a feedback...it did not matter to her. Nevertheless, she took my call reluctantly and heard me out. But she agreed that she would reverse the money that I had paid. and also said "Thanks for the feedback". So not a good experience...rather it was a non-courteous one
