Bad Breathe

It is certainly not a medical emergency but certainly a problem faced by at least 2 among 3 people. And certainly it makes you look tacky, because this shows you keep a low hygiene level. At times certain diseases cause bad breathe, but you must take care as it is not a good sign either.

The most common reasons for bad breathe are obviously bad oral hygiene. You skip brushing your teeth at night or may be in morning too. You eat too much, your teeth are your knife but you never wash them well. Sweets are your favourite so they take an authority over your teeth and let bacteria grow in.

Do not make others stop breathing when you speak, they will start avoiding you dude.

Your hygiene needs mending. Here is the way.

Stay Hydrated: apparently you would have not known this fact, but less of water in your body is the main reason for your bad breathe. Drink a lot of water in the day, keep yourself hydrated. Avoid sugary liquids and aerated drinks too. If you are fond of sugars then brush after the drink.

Brush: This is what mom, dad and your favourite teacher from kinder garden told you. Remember? Yes, but you thought it was okay to brush once in the morning, and you are much more powerful than those little germs.

Scrap the Tongue: you eat all day, it is not just your teeth get affected, tongue also lives in the same bay. Tongues catches white starch kinda thing which produces bad odour. Scrap your tongue with tongue scraper every day twice or thrice.

Feel the Air: bacteria thrive in dry mouth. Do you know why your mouth stinks in the morning? You now know. Do not keep mouth dry for longer. If mouth gets very fast then drink in more water, liquids.

Water and Baking Soda: Mix baking soda in water and gargle. It catches bacteria, cleans the mouth. Other ways, you can brush with baking soda once for a while in a week.

Fresh Smelling Foods: chew clove, fennel seeds, cilantro, mint, they produce fresh smell. lemon, Orange can also be chewed, the acid in them neutralise pH level of mouth.

Alcohol free Mouth Wash: Use an alcohol free mouth wash once every day.

Zinc Rich Foods: Deficiency of zinc produces bad odour in the mouth. Increase the intake of zinc rich foods.

More of Crunchy Foods: Eat crunchy foods like carrot, raddish, cucumber, they improve oral hygiene.
