Foods That Prevent Wrinkles

As you touch forties on the age scale, the wrinkles on your skin become a hot potato for you. By then you received infinite compliments for your amazing look of your twenties and you just don’t want to miss out any of those praises now. Kids must be referring by elderly names like ‘aunty’ or ‘uncle’, but you just don’t want to stick any of them to yourself as you still feel young. You want the glitter of eyes just the way it had been, you want to retain those chubby cheeks forever, you want the bounce of your curves to stay amazing just as they had been in the past.

Makeup can hide a lot of unwanted lines from your face and will add extra luster to your look. But you cannot wear makeup always. Use of cosmetics will give you a onetime look, it would not make you look young forever. Surgeries done on face to make you look can cost you an arm and a leg.

Also, excessive use of makeup will give you extra lines to carry forever on your face.

Go Green then. Keep wrinkles away from you naturally. And that too not through any application remedies, just make a few changes in your diet and you will not only feel young but look young too.

Here are some foods which will keep you away from wrinkles.

Salmon: It contains fatty acids which moisturise your skin and prevent UV Damage too.

Blueberries: Blueberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E. You can try raspberries also for the same. The harsh pollution is making your skin dry and dull but these berries will add luster to it, but if you are still worried for the same then increase their intake.

Green Tea: To the long list of benefits of green tea, here I add another. It generates new cells in the skin due to its anti oxidant power. It makes skin cells grow healthily.

Brazil Nuts: They are one of the top anti wrinkle foods due to high content of selenium and vitamin E.

Eggs and Yoghurt: eggs contain amino acids which maintain the skin texture and its chubbiness. Also eggs are high on protein, which is another health benefit.

Tomatoes: Those red plumps which add tastes to your every meal, make you look young too. Rich with vitamin C protects your skin from UV damage and makes cheeks red.
