We might have thousand reasons to ignore work out but why not consider taking your dog out for a walk or a round or two after food in any nearby garden. A bike ride might do, or dancing on your favourite music.

Exercise has got direct stress busting benefits. It is called meditation in motion. Exercise produces endorphin chemicals in the brain that are natural painkillers and improves sleep, which in turn depreciates stress.

Meditation, acupuncture, massage therapy, even breathing deeply can cause your body to produce endorphin. All the conventions say that physical workout other than that of high intensity makes you feel energized.

Physical activity pulls up the production of neurotransmitters called endorphins, also known as happy hormones. Production of endorphin makes you feel euphoria, modulates your appetite and enhances immune response.

Neurohormones like norepinephrine are elevate our mood and learning, improves our thinking and reduces stress. By as little as 30 minutes of work out this hormone can be produced and make you feel healthy and satisfied.

Additionally it improves communication in the body. The cardiovascular system communicates with the renal system, which communicates with the muscular system. And all of these are controlled by the central and sympathetic nervous systems, which also must communicate with each other.

Try playing some badminton or squash with your kids. It has to be fun, if it isn’t it will never pull down your stress.

Go for Tai Chi, it is a combination of slow-motion exercise, you go without pausing through a series of motions. As you progress you breathe deep, slowly getting into a state which is peaceful and serene bereft of any stress.
