How to Clean Fingernails?

If you have read the previous article over nail health then you must certainly be wondering that why in the name of the holy river is this article being put up, and you might just spam it the moment you see the title. Apparently, you don’t have to do that and apparently which is why instead of explaining you ‘How to Clean Fingernails’, I am giving you reasons to read the article further.

Phew, dramatic again.

Okay, So that article was aimed at encouraging you to keep the nails clean, whereas this one...the title explains what is inside.

Nails are something we forget, someone reminds us about them, then we again forget. We forget, we forget, we forget. Due to which, you come to a stage where you have to read this article. Read then.-----

Baking Soda: No, we won’t bake your nails, don’t worry. Baking soda is used for bleaching, and exfoliating the skin. Take lukewarm water and add two spoons of baking soda to it. Also add some hydrogen peroxide. Put your nails into this mixture for a few minutes. You will feel your nails get extremely soft. The skin will get exfoliated really well and dirt will easily come out.---

Lets Try Some Acid: Lemon contains citric acid which will not too harsh but neither too mild. Get a lemon, squeeze its juice in a bowl thoroughly. Dip your nails in it for a while. You will see changes. If you feel irritation on your skin then you shall better not continue with the same. Also you can rub lemon on your nails, it will give the same effects.---

Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil has anti microbial and anti bacterial properties which helps improving nail health. Especially for yellow nails, rub a few drops of tea tree oil on your nails and let it stay for a few minutes. It help in cuticle growth also.---

Scrub Them: The simplest, do not take a very harsh scrub pad. Use it scrub the nails, clean them thoroughly. You can do this after the baking soda therapy as well, nails get soft then and it is easier to pull out the dirt.

Toothpaste:  Yep, another interesting one, it costs low (Assuming, you brush your teeth with a toothpaste) and is not even harder a therapy to follow. Rub a little tooth paste on your dirty nails with a brush, don’t be too harsh on them. Let it stay for five to seven minutes and then wash away.
