Tips for Beautiful Skin.

Every woman aspires for a clean and beautiful skin.Having a clean skin is not what is achieved by using high branded creams.It is achieved by knowing each detail about your skin and caring it accordingly.

Just as every appliance requires maintenance and service,our skin also requires periodic maintenance and care.Everyday it has to face dirt,oil and pollution which decreases its shine and glow.

Here are some basic tips by which you can detoxify your skin and rebuild its shine-

 

1.Exfoliation- Exfoliation should be carried on every week with a mild walnut exfoliator.While exfoliation,too much force should not be applied as it could damage the skin.Mild circular motions should be performed for 5-10 minutes.This will remove all the oil,dirt in the pores and blackheads as well.

 

2.Cleansing- A cleanser is more efficient than a soap.Before going to bed,make a habit of cleansing your face with a mild cleanser.You may even use unboiled milk for this.Take some cotton,dip it in the milk and apply it on the skin in round wise motions.Rinse off after 10 minutes.It will leave your skin glowing and refreshed.

 

3.Toning- Toning helps in removing any leftover dirt after cleansing.It also restores the normal PH of skin which is unbalanced by use of makeup and other products.One can use cucumber juice and yogurt as a natural toner.

 

4.Moisturization- Moisturizing your skin is the most vital step.A hydrated skin looks more young and fresh whereas a dehydrated skin reflects dullness and aging.One should apply moisturizer after every shower in the morning and before going to bed.This will definitely yield favorable results in a week.

 

5.Face whitening- One cannot change the natural color of their skin.But can increase its radiance by taking some basic steps.Using a sunscreen with appropriate SPF which will protect your skin from harmful ultraviolet rays and tanning.Intake of vitamin C rich fruits and their juice like orange and lemon will make your skin clearer.Consuming carrots and papayas-both of which are rich in vitamin A will revitalize your skin and bring back your skin's charm.
